Birthday Parties!

​Birthday Parties at Carolina Elite are an absolute BLAST!! Let our expert coaches guide your child and their guests through a fun adventure into the amazing world of Trampoline & Tumbling Gymnastics. With many party options, add ons, and themes, we have the perfect solution for every child looking to SOAR!

Parties include approx 60 minutes of gym time plus 30 minutes of "party" time

for gifts and food (90 minutes / 1.5 hours total)

Carolina Elite Birthday Party Guest Requirements

​

Age Guidelines:
Participating guests must be between 5 and 14 years old.
Guests outside of this age range will require prior approval from gym management and may incur an additional fee if an extra coach is needed for their age group. 

​

Waiver & Attire:
All participants must have a completed Participation Waiver before the event. Grip socks and athletic clothing are required. No jeans, buttons, zippers, or loose-fitting clothes are permitted. Long hair must be tied back and kept away from the face.

​

Adult Guests & Photography:
Adult guests are welcome to observe and take photos, provided it does not interfere with class flow and is approved by the coach and child’s guardian. Adults may not use the equipment at any time.

​

Gym Rules:
All participants must follow directions from the coaching staff. Unsafe or non-compliant behavior may result in removal from gym activities.

​

Party Timing & Cleanup:
Parties must end on time to allow for cleanup and preparation for the next group. Overtime may result in an additional charge.

​

Liability Notice:
Participation implies acknowledgment of physical ability and agreement to indemnify Carolina Elite and its officers per the signed Liability Release. Any damage to equipment resulting from unsafe behavior may be billed to the responsible party.
